Workshops, Groups, & Classes


Workshops, Support Groups, & Therapy Groups for Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Parenting

Workshop and group participants will be asked to fill out some paperwork prior to attending group, including maintaining confidentiality for all fellow group members.

ERA Wellness (and therefore any workshops or groups we offer) is an inclusive and supportive space: all people are welcome, discrimination is not. If you are not able to conduct yourself based on this principle, you may be asked to leave group and will not be allowed to return.

You do not need to be an ERA Wellness client to attend group, but these workshops and groups are not a substitute for individual therapy. If there is a cost associated with your group or workshop and you are unable to pay, contact Emily - some sliding scale slots may be available.

Nurture

Our next Nurture session is Monday, May 6! Join Emily and Kelsey from 6-8 pm to shift the focus of all of your energy back to YOU for a bit. This special edition of Nurture focuses on mothering - whether you’re hoping to be a mother, are a mother, have a difficult relationship with your mother, or just need a little extra love and care this month.

So many of us spend so much of our time caring for others. That's wonderful! But it can leave you feeling drained, empty, and with little energy to care for yourself.

That's where this workshop was born. Seeing so many of our clients give and give, but needing some of that nurturing themselves too.

In our time together at Nurture, we'll engage in a mega dose of self care - layering techniques to help you recenter and leave our session feeling rejuvenated and with tangible tools to keep that rolling.
